Is Layer Add a medicine?
No. Layer Add offers food supplements. They do not cure or treat any illness and do not replace any prescribed treatment. For any question about your medicine, your doctor or your pharmacist remains the person to ask.
How does the volume discount work?
The price drops according to the total number of boxes ordered, across all references. One box costs €36.90; from two boxes, €33.90 each; from three, €29.90 each. So you can mix references to reach a tier.
What does the subscription offer?
The subscription applies a 10% discount on every delivery and covers the shipping costs from two boxes onwards. It comes with no commitment: you can skip it, postpone it or stop it at any time from your account, with no justification needed.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs €4.90 for one box. It's free from two boxes, and always included with the subscription for any order of at least two boxes.
Can I change reference from one month to the next?
Yes. Whether you buy once or subscribe, you freely choose the references with each order. Nothing ties you to any particular reference.
How do I know which reference is right for me?
Enter the name of your medicine in the checker: it points you to the range's reference associated with its treatment class. You can also browse the molecule directory to find yours.
Can I take a Layer Add supplement with my treatment?
A food supplement is taken outside of any treatment logic, and it never replaces a medicine. If you are following a treatment, have a doubt or a particular situation (pregnancy, illness, other supplementation), ask your doctor or your pharmacist for advice before starting.
What is each reference made of?
Each reference is a food supplement whose detailed composition, nutrient forms and daily dose appear on its product page and on the box label. Our journal explains how to read this information.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt for an online order, under the conditions set out on the dedicated page. For the subscription, cancellation is done at any time from your account, free of charge.
How soon will I be delivered?
Orders are prepared quickly after payment is confirmed and shipped with tracking. Details of times and carriers appear during checkout and in the terms of sale.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. Ordering is done without creating an account or password: your contact details, delivery and payment are enough, all on a single page.
